A small office complex of two different heights buildings, raised at the intersection of Jerusalem and Pushkin streets. The buildings do not communicate with each other and have separate entrance groups. The newer one is equipped with two elevators, while the older one, unfortunately, does not have such convenience. During the implementation of the project, the developer chose the niche of class “B” office buildings, with an inexpensive but concise and fairly high-quality finish and infrastructural content. Thanks to a more democratic rental rates and a convenient location, the Servalux building almost always boasts high occupancy.
