ROYAL TOWER

A new building step away from the central street of Chisinau – Stefan cel Mare boulevard. Today, perhaps, one of the largest operating office buildings in the city. A fairly solid-looking entrance area, coupled with excellent elevators and well-done common areas, create a sense of the status of the building. This feeling is somewhat smeared by a rather high rental rate, but this fly in the ointment is more than offset by the obvious advantages of the project: excellent natural lighting due to stained floor–to-ceiling glass windows, calculation of the rental amount based on the rented usable area and proximity to public transport. And the most, in my opinion, the biggest advantage of the Royal Tower is the variety of offered office spaces: from 32 to several thousand square meters.
