And if we also take into account the rented area to parking spaces ratio, with a coefficient of 1/50, then the Panorama building could well be worthy of being in the top lines of Grade A office buildings in Chisinau. If not for its location – it is not the most prestigious. But, it is worth noting that not everyone wants to be in the ultracenter: there are too many difficulties associated with the access and parking. And the price in prestigious places is segnificantly higher. Speaking of price, in Panorama the base rental rate is as little as 8.5 euros per meter. Taking into account the fact that the calculation of the rent is carried out only for the usable area, this building has no competitors in the city, at least in this segment. So, get in line and wait for something to get vacant in Panorama, since the occupancy rate here has been 100% for several years now.
