MAIB Building I

The new building to host the MAIB HQ in Chisinau can perhaps be called the most exciting office project in the city, which should appear in the near future. I consider two things to be the most interesting in this project: its the location opposite the coziest, in my opinion, park in the very heart of Chisinau and filling with a whole bunch of pleasant “little things” that you will not find anywhere else in the city, collected in one project. So, what exactly did they manage to combine in this project? The first and the most important thing is a lot of air. The feeling is created by the high, up to 3.5 m. ceilings at the office levels and the atrium, which descends like a light well through the entire building. The other “cherries on the cake” is the design developed by a well known British architectural firm, a transformable conference hall for up to 300 people, a 400 sq.m equipped gym with a wonderful view of the city, a spacious restaurant with a terrace overlooking the park, a cozy cafe in the lobby of the building, a powerful buck up generator, raised floors on office levels. I’m sure that’s not all and I missed something. And one more good news – three floors in the project are offered for rent and the process of pre-leasing  has already begun.
