Reconstructed industrial and administrative building, located on the main street of the city in close proximity to its business and administrative parts. During the reconstruction, the old façade was kept with complete upgrade of the engineering systems and partially the energy saving elements. Design of the entrance area was changed as well. The basement of the building is planned to be reconstructed in order to organize an underground parking.
